About Me

I am a passionate Mindfulness Coach, SEL Facilitator, and certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher committed to mindfulness and well-being. While it might seem like I got here overnight, I did not.

 

My transformational journey began as it does with most people when a sudden life-changing event occurred. I was struggling and realized how out of balance my life had become. As I began to undertake my own healing process, I sought a deeper awareness about how to heal myself that ultimately led to my study in energy medicine and mindfulness.

I fell in love with meditation and energy medicine and how they helped to transform my health and well-being. After years of practicing with teachers and mentors, I have built my life around helping others discover the joy of meditation and energy medicine.

 

As a Breathe For Change 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT 200) & Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator, I share inclusive and trauma-informed wellness, yoga, and social-emotional learning practices, programs, and professional development opportunities that seek to enhance the well-being of my community.

As my clients develop, they will gain the tools to tap into their own inner light, empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace, and healing.
